We have included these pockets for those of you who have American connections and have 'letter' size documents to archive. The USA has for a long time used a standard paper size that is too wide for an ordinary A4 pocket so these archive-safe polypropylene letter pockets make ideal storage. The pockets will fit our binders listed below. These pockets have a very fine textured finish that reduces glare and doesn't show finger marks as easily as some extra clear pockets. When empty the pockets can appear be slightly opaque but once filled the textured surface is barely noticeable.

If you require a higher quality, thicker and clearer pocket for some of your more important US letter size documents then we would recommend our PPC1 pocket as it is wide enough to accept the width of the US letter size. The height of the pocket is just ¾" (18mm) taller than the US letter size so it would be very suitable.
