We try to be fair with our p&p rates, never charging more than it costs us. Retailers offering free postage, front end load their products in advance with a levy for p& p, effectively meaning you pay for postage with every item you add to the cart

Below is a guide to our postage rates. The combination of weight, volume and destination will determine the type of service available*.

Software orders can only be returned unopened

Bespoke/customised orders are not eligible for refund.

Our returns procedure can be found on the reverse of your invoice enclosed with your parcel or for further advice kindly contact us using the email on the invoice enclosed with your order quoting your order/invoice number.

  A great addition to your products   A great size to carry when you're researching on the move and it means the data you collect can easily be transferred to other research at home.   A brilliant folder.  This is an ideal folder for keeping track of the history of any family. It's a good size and fits easily into a handbag which is great.   Excellent on the go reference   An excellent on the go tool. Just the right size not too bulky. Hope you are able to source separate pages for replacement as a full set isn’t always all needed.   Excellent item  I have been using a Genfile for a number of years, but this is no longer available, so decided to try this new My History item. Is similar size to Genfile, and with similar information. Will be very helpful when visiting exhibitions, but would prefer a better looking folder.   (11/05/2019) J. Pitman - Waltham Abbey
Our Reply: Thank you for your review. We did look at other options for the binders and found this one to be the best in many ways. Very robust. Acid free Archival standard. Lots of storage. Also, affordable to keep the cost of the product down.
