This service is for customers who have bought Family Historian from either an alternative supplier or ourselves and not selected the option for support at the point of purchase and wish to access our support service.
Support is limited to telephone, email and in extreme cases, remote logging in (with your permision) to your computer. Help will often be provided by help sheets emailed to you after we have learnt about a specific problem you have encountered.
Support is only offered for installations on standard Windows 10 & 11 computers and specifically excludes other operating systems such as Linux and Linux or MAC computers emulating Windows 10.
