This latest and long-awaited version of Family Historian is a great update for enthusiasts of the program. Packed with new features the experienced user has much to explore but importantly the program has not lost any of its old functionality and new users may enjoy using it for the first time knowing that it will always deliver as and when they get further involved in their family history.

If you would like the program supplied on DVD or memory stick then please tick the appropriate options below. The memory stick has ample space for storing your family tree backups.

Email and Telephone support whilst Version 7 is the current version
Support by My History is limited to telephone, email and in extreme cases, remote logging in (with your permission) to your computer. Help will often be provided by help sheets emailed to you after we have learnt about a specific problem you have encountered.

Support is restricted to the use of Family Historian 7 and will not cover issues with operations systems. Support is only offered for installations on standard Windows 10/11 computers and specifically excludes other operating systems such as Linux, and Linux or MAC computers emulating Windows 10/11. Support is only available to customers of My History who have purchased the pack detailed here. For help with advanced user issues we reserve the right to direct customers towards the appropriate pages on the 'Family Historian User Group' where expert assistance is available online. We do not support the program when it has been bought through other sales channels or once a newer version is available to purchase.

Internet Access Required: Software is downloaded from the internet. Internet access is also required for online activation.

Compatibility: For Windows only, Windows 11, Windows 10 & Windows 8

Licence: Non-transferable, perpetual. Permits up to two simultaneous device installations for personal use. Subject to the terms of the End User Licence Agreement.

System Requirements

Family Historian 7 runs under Windows 11, 10 and 8, on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.

At least 100Mb of hard disk space is required to store the program and accompanying files.

Delivery & Returns

We try to be fair with our p&p rates, never charging more than it costs us. Retailers offering free postage, front end load their products in advance with a levy for p& p, effectively meaning you pay for postage with every item you add to the cart

Courier, Highlands and Islands of the UK #	Within 2 – 3 business days	Courier delivery charges are higher for all offshore destinations and some remote parts of Scotland.	Prices start at £18.95
International Airmail ~	1 – 6 weeks	Postage is dependent on destination country.	We recommend adding products to the cart to allow our system to calculate an accurate cost.
