A larger alternative to the above dark grey storage boxes; these light grey acid-free boxes are 3 ¾ inches deep making them just that little bit more suitable for large bibles. Guaranteed to be age resistant they are not quite as strong as the clamshell boxes above but they are still very sturdy being made from 100% cellulose and contain no wood particles. Made to a high conservation standard the 1mm corrugated board also contains a 4% calcium carbonate buffer for further protection.

* A buffer of calcium carbonate ensures that airborne acid and gases are trapped and neutralised before they reach the box contents.
