If you would like to choose our bespoke design service, our designer will take your family file (known as a gedcom) along with your written instructions and create a chart for all your family to enjoy. Just send us your data file from your genealogy software or website such as Family Tree Maker, Family Historian, Findmypast.co.uk or Ancestry.com etc. We can take any type of genealogy file and we can even accept handwritten trees but of course these take a little longer to work on to get them ready for printing. We charge just £10 for every 15 mintues we work on designing your chart for you. We will check for data entry errors in the first instance and advise you of any mistakes that you need to correct before we start work, or if you wish we can correct those for you.

In the first instance we will send you a questionnaire to complete so that we can have a clear picture of the style you want on your finished chart. If you require extensive designs then this can take more time and we will advise you of the likely cost of doing this work. You may instruct us to do as much or as little extra work on your chart design as you wish and we will not carry out any work without agreeing the cost with you first.
Once we have finished designing the chart for you we will send you a digital proof to check thoroughly along with a quotation to print.
Please not that the design fees remain payable regardless of whether the final chart is ordered. This £40 payment is a holding deposit only and will show in pending on your account.
