Our team will open your gedcom file in a professional genealogy program and run a series of checks, including fragmented data and duplicated relatives. Wherever possible we will make those corrections for you. Where we cannot correct your errors you will recieve a detailed email advising you of them and our recommendation on how to fix them. Once we have completed the check and correct we will send you a clean gedcom file for upload/re-import to your online tree or software package. Please select the number of individuals in your file above and email your gedcom file on completion of your order to charts@my-history.co.uk
For gedcom files over 1500 names please email charts as indicated above who will create a bespoke quotation for you. The prices reflect the time that we anticipate it may take to undertake the work and it will be monitored with a stop watch, if we take less time then we will reduce the payment accordingly, similarly if we run out of the paid time then we will email you before proceeding further. We charge £10 for every 15 minutes we spend working on your file.
