We will check over your family tree file and advise you of the best way of going about converting your data to either a modern gedcom file or to make it ready for upgrading into a modern program.

We ask you to send your file as an attachment on an email or to upload it using our large file upload service (Max 20 GB)

Delivery & Returns

Your orders will be despatched using your chosen method. We offer RM tracked 24/48 services, RM Special Delivery, or a courier service. We are fair with our p&p rates, never charging you more than it costs us. Retailers offering free postage have usually front end loaded the product in advance with a levy for p& p, effectively meaning you pay for postage with every item you add to the cart. We offer an economy option where possible, but we are restricted by the RM to 2Kg for 48 parcels. Software orders can only be returned unopened. Our returns procedure can be found on the reverse of your invoice enclosed with your parcel or for further advice kindly email sales@my-history.co.uk quoting your order number.
