Have you always wanted to create a professionally printed copy of your family tree, or have you got an old copy that is starting to look worn and fragile? You may even have a copy in a family bible or written in book form. Great news we here at My History can help you produce a professionally printed copy produced on our acid-free archive safe papers/canvas using UV safe inks.
How much will it cost?
The process is best explained in its various stages of production.
Stage 1 :-
* To transcribe your handwritten chart to a genealogy specific program costs £30 for every 50 names. This includes dates of birth, marriage & death and the locations appertaining to those events as standard.
* Provide a digital proof via email for you to check our data entry for mistakes.
Stage 2 :-
* Work with you to design the finished layout of your chart. This will include any other specifications you require.
We will send you a pack when ordering this service, which will include some samples of our most popular designs and a full swatch of the various papers we print to.
* The design stage is charged at £10 for every 15 minutes we work, so it is important to include all your requirements from the outset to keep costs to a minimum.

v. Crests and photographs
Stage 3:-
* We will send you a final digital proof for thorough checking along with a quotation to print.
* Pay the final bill and your charts will be printed and despatched using your chosen method.
If you are ready to proceed, please pay the holding deposit of £60 by adding this service to the cart now. We will then send you out our handwritten charts pack, which will include a set of our folded A4 height working charts for you to complete and return to us, along with a material swatch. If you use our template 'Working Chart' included in this pack, we will then reduce your final invoice by £5.
We can also give you the finished gedcom file once the job is completed should you decide to purchase some software in the future or you wish to ensure a family member has the raw data file. Please note that this intial £60 payment is a holding deposit and will show in pending only on your account.
