(Supplied on a CD) Although termed an Almanac this book (the original of which measures only 3.5 by 5.5 inches) is also a directory, most of its 200+ pages listing people holding an office or following a trade.
It has the following sections: Preface Etc; Calendar & Memoranda pages; City Government for 1849, Finances of Boston and Public Improvements; Business Directory of Boston; Information about Boston Trade & Institutions; Local Events & Fires 1848/9; Government of Massachusetts & The United States; General Events 1848/9; Invitations to Trade; Index & Contents.
Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight and/or printed very close to the edge. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process.

We try to be fair with our postage rates, we never charge you more than it costs us.
