The book (supplied on a CD) is a history of and guide to Lewes. The 80 pages of text contain pieces about the churches, castle, priory, races, bonfires, martyrs and more. In addition to the text there are 4 photographs, a sketch map and 23 contemporary advertisements (e.g. Slaters Detectives for Private Enquiries and Secret Watchings).
